Getting Started
Use the resumable Resort Setup Wizard, complete the publishing checklist, then test the full guest-to-admin lifecycle before launch.
Setup Wizard (tenant/setup.php)
Seven-step resumable onboarding: Resort Information, Branding, Facilities, Rates, Rules & Policies, Payments, and Website & Launch. Owners may leave at any point and continue later.
Publishing Checklist (admin/website.php)
Shows the current seven launch checks and links directly to the page needed to complete each item. Completion is based on saved configuration, not a manual flag.
Long-process behavior
Long actions show processing only after they are actually submitted. Actions requiring confirmation show the confirmation dialog first, then loading after Confirm. Cancel never starts loading.
Security & Errors
SQL/PDO failures are logged with an RF error code for Super Admin review instead of exposing raw SQL details to users. Use HTTPS, least privilege and private credentials in production.
Guest Website & Booking (r.php, tenant/book.php, guest/index.php)
Guests browse the published resort, choose a branch/facility and dates, review pricing, guest capacity, additional guest charges and coupons, then submit booking and payment information.
Guest My Booking (guest/index.php)
Guests review booking status, payment breakdown, saved additional-guest charges, policy agreements, payment submissions, refund status and checkout request when eligible.
Guest Payment
Submit reservation/balance payment information and follow the resort's configured GCash/Maya instructions where enabled.
Guest Checkout Request
After the booking reaches the eligible stay stage, the guest can request checkout. Admin/staff perform the actual inspection and deposit workflow.
Guest Refund Proof (guest/refund_proof.php, accommodation_refund_proof.php)
Upload requested refund/payment evidence when the resort requires it.

Review applicable resort policy content and agreements.
